Southeastern Line Constructors Apprenticeship & Training - SELCAT - produces the best-trained, most up-to-date outside electrical line apprentices and Journeymen in the region. A unique educational partnership between the Southeastern Line Constructors Chapter, National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and local unions of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.) allows SELCAT to provide earn-while-you-learn, state-of-the-art training.
